3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for the proper coordination of the requested services.

The client must notify BM Handling Services as soon as possible of any changes involving schedules, aircraft, passengers, crew, cargo, routes, permits, or other circumstances that may affect the operation.

BM Handling Services shall not be responsible for delays, additional expenses, or service limitations resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the client or third parties.

4. Operational Availability

Aviation services are subject to operational conditions beyond the direct control of BM Handling Services, including airport restrictions, weather conditions, air traffic, government regulations, customs and immigration requirements, security procedures, infrastructure availability, and third-party services.

BM Handling Services will make reasonable efforts to coordinate each confirmed operation efficiently and safely.

5. Third-Party Services

Certain services may be performed or supported by authorized airport operators, fuel suppliers, transportation providers, government authorities, FBOs, contractors, or other third parties.

When third-party services are required, their respective terms, restrictions, availability, and charges may also apply.

6. Safety and Compliance

All services are performed or coordinated in accordance with applicable operational procedures, airport requirements, safety standards, and relevant local regulations.

BM Handling Services reserves the right to suspend, modify, or refuse any service when its execution could compromise safety, violate applicable regulations, or create an unreasonable operational risk.

Prices are determined according to the specific requirements of each operation and may vary depending on airport, aircraft type, schedule, duration, requested services, third-party fees, taxes, and other operational factors.

Payment terms will be established in the corresponding quotation, service confirmation, invoice, or commercial agreement.

Additional services requested during an operation may generate additional charges.

8. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and modification conditions may vary depending on the services requested and the policies of the airport or third-party providers involved.

Any applicable cancellation charges, non-refundable expenses, or additional costs will be communicated whenever possible.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
